We won a tender to construct the first major phase of this residential development early in 2016. Stilbaai is a true jewel in the Southern cape, the Mediterranean climate, southern cape coastal vegetation, warm seas, spectacular river and the sea with all its interesting reef breaks, beaches and visvywers.
The first night I arrived here I simply made a bed for the night on the back of the bakkie and stared at the stars, there was nothing more inviting than the sea breeze and the sound of the waves with the shooting stars above.
We are now on our 4th phase of this development and we have enjoyed the passion of the Developers and their hands-on attitude, the hospitality of the town and the local suppliers and the joy of the local construction hands. Beautiful, smart, honest and friendly people that taught us a few lessons on respect for people and nature. We believe that the construction at Skulpiesbaai was done with proper environmental consideration and control, afforded by a patient and respectful developer.
We are proud of our quality of construction on this site and we are thankful for the opportunity to have been part of this development.
